Big Game Bites “Scan & Score” — Contest Rules & Promotional Terms

Promotion period: June 1 – July 19, 2026.

1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning the random-draw prizes. See Section 5 for the no-purchase method of entry.

2. Sponsor

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by D Spot Franchising Inc., 30 Bertrand Avenue, Unit C5, Scarborough, Ontario M1L 2P5 (the “Sponsor”). The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA, any football/soccer organization or tournament, or any third-party platform or gift-card issuer.

3. Promotion period

The Promotion begins June 1, 2026 and ends July 19, 2026. Points Power Hour applies each day from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time.

4. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry.
• Not open to residents of Quebec.
• Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, its franchisees, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible.
• Limit one (1) Big Game Bites points-card account per person.

5. How to enter

(a) Standard (points) entry. Scan the in-store QR code at a participating D Spot to register for a free Big Game Bites points card, then earn points on qualifying purchases. You earn 150 points for every $1 spent in-store, and each point earned counts as one (1) entry into the applicable draw(s) — so more points means more entries. During Points Power Hour (daily, 1:00–5:00 PM), qualifying purchases earn double (2×) points.

(b) No-purchase entry (AMOE). To enter without a purchase, hand-print your full name, address, email, phone, date of birth and the words “Big Game Bites” on a plain paper and mail to the Sponsor (Section 2). Limit one (1) entry per separately stamped and mailed envelope; mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than July 19, 2026 and received by July 26, 2026.

7. Winner selection & draw dates

Winners are selected by random draw from all eligible entries for the applicable tier as of each draw date: Group Stage — on or about June 28, 2026; Round of 32 — on or about July 7, 2026; Finals — on or about July 19, 2026. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Notification & skill-testing question

Selected entrants are notified by email and/or phone within 5 business days of the draw, and must respond and complete all prize-claim requirements within 30 days of notification. Before being declared a winner, a selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, and may be required to sign a declaration and release. If a selected entrant cannot be reached, fails the question, declines, or is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate selected.

9. Prize conditions

• Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable and have no cash value; the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Gift cards and the Cakey Crepe prize are redeemable at participating D Spot locations subject to the Sponsor’s standard terms, and expire on September 30, 2026.
• Limit one (1) prize per person across the Promotion.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize permits the Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, city/province and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

11. Privacy

Personal information is collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy, solely to administer the Promotion and, where consented, for marketing.

12. Limitation of liability

By participating, entrants release the Sponsor, its franchisees and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any liability arising from participation or the acceptance/use of a prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, or technical failures.

13. General

The Sponsor may, subject to any required regulatory approval, cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion if it cannot run as planned. The Sponsor’s decisions are final. The Promotion is governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

14. Combo & Party Tray offer terms

• Combo and tray prices, flavours and availability vary by location, province and store concept (Full, Hybrid With/No Pizza, Express With/No Hot Drinks). Not all combos/trays are available at all locations.
• Savings claims (“save up to 25%” on combos; “save 10–15%” on trays) are versus ordering the equivalent items individually at the same location and may vary.
• Pasta trays: single flavour per tray. Chicken Wing & Fries trays: multiple flavours permitted.
• Offers available during the Promotion Period only, while supplies last. Taxes extra. Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
